Cut the squash in half. Lightly oil the outside with cooking oil. Bake the squash cut in half in a 375 F oven, upside down in a pan with a little water ro aobut 20 minutes. Turn them right side up and finsih for 10 minutes more, until tender but not dried out. Stuff the squash full with the stuffing, packing it down and press buttered breadcrumbs on it. Heat thoroughly in oven over hot water (about 10 minutes)
