1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tesapoon salt
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1 (17 oz) can sweet potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup sherry or pineapple juice
1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 370 derees F. Use a 9x9 inch baking dish. Combine brown sugar, salt, and pineapple. Arrange potatoes and pineapple mixture in alternate layers in baking dish ending with pineapple mixture. Pour wine or juice over all and bake for 35 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top, if desired, and bake for 10 minutes or until brown.
