Corned Beef Hashed Browned Potatoes


Usually with the leftover corned beef and the boiled potatoes I make a second dish for breakfast or lunch the next day.

Corned beef Hashed Browned Potatoes

Ingredients:

Oil
Corned Beef, cubed
Boiled Potatoes, cubed

Put around 1/4 cup of oil in frying pan on medium hot heat. When hot put the meat and potatoes in and fry. Turn carefully as potatoes brown.
