Apple Pannekoeken

1 Jonathan / Granny Apple, sliced
2 Tablespoons butter
7/8 cup flour
5 eggs
1 cups skim milk
1 Tablesppon vanilla
dash salt

Preheat oven to 420 degrees F. Spray non-stick coating (such as Pam) on one large pie size pan. Saute apples in butter until solf. Spread in the bottom of prepared pan. In blender mix eggs, flour, milk, vanilla and sat. Pour egg mixture over apples. Bake for 30 minutes. When lightly browned, remove from oven. Slide pannekoeken onto serving plate., sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Makes 3-4 servings.
