2 cups sliced canalope
1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
1 medium apple pared and coarsely shopped
1 medium peach, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
1 cup blueberries
1/3 cup strawberries, halved
1- 8 oz container or fruit or vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing (optional)
1 teaspoon grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Lettuce leaves (optional)
Mix the fruit in a large bow. Mix the dressing of yogurt mayonnaise and ginger. pour and mix into the fruit. Place fruit on lettuce leaves if desired.
Tip: after sliced the apple and peach put into a mixture of lemon juice and water to prevent browning.
