Mango Jello Sald

This recipe called for lemon jello but I used lime for this photo. It was very good. I think any citrus type jello would be good. I am thinking of trying an orange juice base next time.

2 (3 ounce) packages lemon Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 (26 ounce) jar mango with juice, mashed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Mix mangos, juice and cream cheese together. Combine with Jello mixture. Place in serving dish. Refrigerate until set.
