Peanut Butter Cups

If you like Peanut-Butter Cups as much as I do once you make these you will not want to want to go back to any store bought brand of Peanut-Butter Cups.


1 jar 18 oz. Peanut butter smooth or chunky
1 stick soft butter
1 pound powdered sugar
Sweet Chocolate

Mix peanut butter and butter together with a spoon. Add powdered sugar and knead by hand until smooth. This peanut butter can be rolled into a ball and dipped in chocolate or bon bon mold. For peanut butter cups , put a small amount of melted chocolate in the bottom of a peanut butter mold. Add a patty to the peanut butter mixture and then cover with more melted chocolate. Put into freezer for about four minutes, then turn over and tap finished candy onto some wax paper.
